Personal Project:
A stylized cinematic reel featuring the BMW M4 through a video game-inspired aesthetic. The project moves away from traditional photorealistic car commercials, using bold visuals and dynamic camera work to create something more energetic and engaging for a younger audience.
Storyboard
For the cinematic reel, I leveraged AI tools such as Runway and FLUX to develop the storyboard and establish a clear direction for each shot, including camera angle, duration, and movement.

During this stage, I also selected the real-world camera setup and matched its specifications inside Unreal Engine using VFX Camera Database. For this project, I chose the ARRI ALEXA Mini at 2.8K 4:3 (2880 × 2160), with a sensor size of 23.76 × 17.82 mm.

Matching these specifications in UE helped create a more authentic foundation for the virtual cinematography.
Sequencer & VFX
I used Unreal Engine’s Sequencer to create and compose my camera shots. I focused heavily on refining the animation curves between keyframes to achieve fast, dynamic camera movements while maintaining smooth transitions. I also used Niagara to create the smoke effects, adding more atmosphere and depth to the scene.
