Prompt:
When the Yakuza kill his family, a grief‑scarred prodigy vanishes into the underground. Years of clandestine training have honed him for one purpose: infiltrate the syndicate and kill the oyabun.
LoRAs
For this short film I trained a LoRA based on the cinematography of Tokyo Vice, focusing on a night palette of cyan/green lighting to create a digital noir aesthetic.
Sato San
To create a consistent character, I trained a second LoRA based on the Japanese actor Sho Kasamatsu. This consisted of 20 images from interviews, shows, and magazine covers.
ComfyUI
Leveraging a generative‑AI workflow, I created key frames with Flux, ControlNet, OpenPose, and Canny. After generating the initial frames, I refined them in Photoshop for the lighting to match.

To create the videos I used various AI models such as HunYuan, Wan 2 and video generation platforms such as Runway and Kling.
